-Avoid soda and alcohol…ESPECIALLY ALCOHOL
-Avoid salty foods, always go for home made food and try not to use too much salt
-Drink lots of green tea
-Try to get some NATURAL jamaica water
-Abs every morning! you can start with 20 and then go for 25 or 30, adding 5 or 10 every day so it won’t be too painful (don’t force your body too much, let it get used to working out, baby steps! forcing it could cause damage, stay safe!)

Sad thing is I drink so much alcohol and if I switch to just smoke that night I end up with horrible munchies . I lose either way
Did my first day of my rigorous workout schedule/plan! I’m so proud of myself. I literally felt like jelly after so I know I hit the gym really hard like I needed too. It was ab day too! So guess who will have a beautiful abs soon ? Me ❤
The best thinspo, in my opinion, is when you see a skinny girl IRL. That’s when I realize how fat I actually am. I look at my puffy arms, my huge thighs and belly and honestly, it’s such a grounding experience. I see what I could be, I realize that even if I’m dressed in my best clothes and she’s just wearing sweatpants, I am the one who looks ridiculous and no matter how much I try to hide it with make up, heels, or clothes it’s still so fucking obvious.
